About this course

The International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) has created the Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) to help Business Analysts get the most out of their experience and demonstrate their expertise within the BA profession. This 4-day course will help you prepare and successfully complete the CBAP certification.
By the end of this course, you will have a thorough understanding of The Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK) Knowledge Areas that defines the responsibilities and skills of a Business Analyst. It explains some of the industry’s best practices associated with analysis and provides the knowledge to apply the basic framework for analyzing business problems as outlined by the BABOK v3.0.
Students will learn all they need to pass the exam through classroom games, homework assignments and simulated exams. All of which encourage active participation throughout this course. This course is in compliance with BABOK v3.0 and will help you meet the eligibility criteria of 35 hours of professional development to be eligible for the CBAP certification.
